ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Participants must submit their abstracts, not exceeding 250-400 words, via the online application form.
The final submission deadline for abstracts is April 20, 2025. Abstracts sent via fax, mail, or email, as well as those submitted after this date, will not be considered for the program or publication.
Applications for the symposium can be made either with an individual paper or a panel. Participants applying with a panel should upload a single file containing the abstracts of all panelists, the panel title, topic, and the contact information of the panel chair.
The languages of the congress are Turkish and English. Participants should submit their abstracts in either Turkish or English. If a participant cannot provide a Turkish abstract, the editorial board will translate the abstracts.
The number of presentations in Turkish will be limited to 45%.
Each abstract must include a title, summary, and at least five keywords, and it should be between 250 and 400 words.
Abstracts will be accepted upon peer review and accepted abstracts will be published as an e-book after the symposium.
The congress will be held both in person and online.
The application is also open to graduate students.
Submitting a full paper is not mandatory. After the congress, full papers will be published as an ISBN-registered e-book. Additionally, selected papers will be published in a special issue of a peer-reviewed journal.

FULL PAPER SUBMISSION
The final submission deadline for the full papers is May 11, 2025.
Full papers should be submitted via email to blueblacksea2025@marmara.edu.tr.
Submitting a full paper is not mandatory. Papers submitted in full will be published as an ISBN-registered E-Book after the conference.
Additionally, selected papers, as determined by the review committee, will be published in a special issue of the International Journal of Afro-Eurasian Research.
Full Paper Submission Guidelines:
1. Full papers can be submitted in English or Turkish. For papers submitted in Turkish, a comprehensive English abstract of one page should be included at the end of the paper.
2. Papers should be prepared in Office Word (.doc) format with A4 size pages (210x297 mm).
3. Full papers, including tables, figures, abstract, and references (excluding the cover page), should not exceed 20 pages.
4. The beginning of the paper should include a cover page with the author(s)' full name(s) and contact information.
5. Page margins should be set as follows: 4 cm from the left, 2 cm from the right, and 3 cm from the top and bottom.
6. Full papers should be written in 12-point Times New Roman font with 1.5 line spacing, justified alignment, and a single character space after commas and periods (except at paragraph endings).
7. Paragraphs should have a first-line indent (1 cm), and there should be a 6-point space before and after each paragraph. Additional blank lines between paragraphs should be avoided.
8. The first page of the paper (excluding the cover page) should contain Turkish and English abstracts. Abstract titles should be in 14-point bold uppercase letters with single spacing (1.0). Abstracts should be justified and in 12-point font, not exceeding 200 words. Abstracts should include a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 keywords.
9. Headings in the full text should be numbered in decimal form (e.g., 1., 1.1., 1.1.1., 1.1.2.), in 12-point bold and left-aligned format. All letters of main headings should be capitalized, while only the first letters of subheadings should be capitalized.
10. All tables, figures, and graphs in the article should be sequentially numbered and centered on the page at appropriate places in the text. Each table, figure, or graph should have a title placed centrally above it in 12-point font, with only the initial letters of words capitalized. Text within tables, figures, or graphs should be in the range of 9-11 points. Tables, figures, or graphs should be easy to read and should adhere to the provided page structure (without exceeding page margins).
11. References should follow the "Chicago Manual of Style 17th Edition".
